President Barack Obama of the United States said, Sunday that he recognizes Israel's need to act as necessary regarding the Iranian nuclear threat. He said Israel and the U.S. are both of the opinion that the Islamic Republic does not yet have a weapon. He said that while he prefers peaceful means, Iran should not make any mistakes about American resolve. He said the U.S. will continue to coordinate activities, military and diplomatic, with Israel.
