The Mateh Binyamin Regional Council announced, Friday morning, that schools in the Shilo bloc of Jewish communities will disband at 9:00 because of the snow.

Classes were cancelled in Beit El's schools, pre-schools an daycare centers. Parents were asked to pick up their children because of the slippery conditions.
