Strong winds will continue to blow through Shabbat, keeping temperatures below normal. Variable cloudiness is expected with occasional rain in most places and snow at the higher elevations as far south as the Negev. There's a chance of flash flooding in the stream and riverbeds of the south and east, and a high-wave warning at Mediterranean beaches. Scattered light rain is forecast for the whole country on Shabbat, retreating to the north and center on Sunday, when a slight rise in temperature is forecast, but it will still be colder than usual. On Monday it will be clear to cloudy with an additional rise in temperature.
