Syrian army forces took over the Baba-Amr neighborhood of the northern city of Homs, Thursday, according to a Syrian security source. Baba-Amr is considered a stronghold of rebels fighting Syrian president Bashar Al-Assad. The army reportedly handed out food and looked for casualties who had not been evacuated, including French journalist Edith Bouvier.
