A man named Mohammed Ibrahim Makkawi was arrested in Egypt and accused of being the number two leader in the Al-Qaeda terrorist network, second only to the late Osama Bin Laden. Makkawi denied the allegations and said he was not the elusive Saif al-Adel who is wanted by United States officials. According to the Associated Press, Makkawi said "he had nothing to do with the terror group since 1989." For a full article on the arrest click here.
