Police have arrested a 17-year-old Arab youth from Haifa who is suspected of involvement in a vicious attack on two soldiers last weekend. The youth is the tenth suspect to be arrested in the case.
The soldiers were attacked as they went to seek medical care in Rambam Hospital. Despite testimony that the Arab gang that attacked them first asked if they were Jewish, police have stated that the crime was not motivated by Arab nationalism.
