In a response to Thursday’s decision of the Supreme Court to reject a motion that asked it to strike down a 2010 law pardoning people who broke the law while demonstrating against the 2005 Expulsion from Gaza, MK Otniel Schneller (Kadima) said the decision “demonstrated that wisdom and common sense are part of the foundations of justice.”

Schneller added that he is convinced that “no future government will lead society to a crisis that would require such a law.”
