A number of rabbis from the Judean Jewish community of Kiryat Arba' have invited the public to join a grass-roots effort, Tuesday afternoon, to rebuilt the nearby Jewish outpost neighborhood of Mitzpe Avichai, which was recently demolished by the government.

The effort will be launched from the Payis Center in Ramat Mamre, starting at 2:45 p.m.
