      Weather: Warmer, then Windier, then Wet


      It will be clear to partly cloudy, Monday, with a high wave warning at Mediterranean beaches and lower-than-usual temperatures at the start of a warming trend which will run through Wednesday, with temperatures reaching the seasonal average on Tuesday, when strong easterly winds will rise in the north and the mountains of the center, continuing until Thursday. Variable cloudiness will develop on Wednesday, with no significant change on Thursday. A new storm system is expected Friday.
