Opposition leader MK Tzipi Livni said on Thursday that Israel has a duty to condemn the actions of Syrian President Bashar Assad against his people.
“Israel must come out clearly and decisively against Assad’s actions against the Syrian people. It is our duty,” she said. “There is no room for question marks or sensitive diplomatic considerations.”
She added that Israel must “strongly condemn what is happening in Syria.”
