Finance Minister Yuval Steinitz instructed the Treasury's budget director, Thursday, to find resources to prevent the closing of the Ammunition Hill Visitors Center in Jerusalem. Operators of the center announced, Thursday morning, that they would have to close next week because they had not received budget transfers from the Defense Ministry.
The Treasurer said, "This is one ofthe most heritageand memorialsitesof Israel'shistoryandit is importantthat every childand,in general, every Israeli citizen,to visit it. I will make every efforttoprevent the closure of theAmmunition Hillsite"
