Haim Yellin of the Sha'ar HaNegev Regional Council and Alon Shuster of the Eshkol Regional Council filed a complaint with the United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon over continued rocket fire from Gaza forces. They demanded that the Secretary-General strongly condemned the continuing rocket fire at civilians in the Negev.
