The Tel Aviv District Labor Court issued a restraining order, Tuesday morning, against the strike by employees of Israel Railways, ordering them to return to work at 9:00 a.m. The workers are protesting management's attempts to outsource maintenance of the railroad's rolling stock. On Monday, sanctions were started in violation of a previous order to put four new locomotives into service.
