Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu told a Knesset Committee of Inquiry into the Integration of Arab workers in the Public Sector, Monday, that there is a yearning in the Arab sector to be freed from what he called "civil terror". Addressing a hearing on employment and violence in the Arab sector, Netanyahu said, " The Arab sector is beginingto live anunbearablelife in terms ofcrime,murder, the murder of women,robberyand harassment," and noted that "more than 40% of Arabsare afraidthat they will be harmed.Wemust actto change this."
