The CyberSec International Conference on Information Security was held, Sunday in the Ben Gurion airport complex, in the wake of recent cyber attacks on Israel by a Saudi Arabian computer hacker. The conference brought companies, organizations and government officials together with cyber security experts to discuss the threats and new developments to protect individuals and organizations predicted attacks.
Participants were told there is at least one cyber attack each day. The conference discussed new techniques in corporate defense, the question of how consulting firms are prepared to help organizations through advanced protective services, technologies that help the new battlefield, and the Sisyphean struggle against the humans that use social networks, tablets and smartphones.
