Dollar Weaker in January

The Bank of Israel reported, Sunday, that official value of the shekel rose an average of three tenths of a percent during the month of January against most of the commonly traded currencies. The United States dollar, which declined an average of two percent, dropped 2.3 percent against the shekel and the pound sterling, and 1.5 percent against the Japanese yen.

The shekel declined three tenths of a percent against the Euro.
