Jerusalem Chef Praises New Options in Kosher Food

Yochanon Lambiasee, the founder of The Jerusalem Culinary Institute praises the expanded options available today for those that keep kosher. In an interview with Israel National Radio's Leora Mandel on the Jewish Home and Family Show Chef Lambiasee stated, "There's more to kohser cuisine then gefilte fish and cholent, although those are quite tasty." Lambiasee shares inside information on high quality non-dairy substitutes used by the professionals.
