Some 5,000 young members of Bnei Akiva from the Dan region participated in Tu B’Shvat plantings in the Binyamin town of Shilo, in a wide cooperation between Bnei Akiva, Binyamin Tours and the Binyamin Regional Council.
The youth planted trees in Shilo and visited the site of the Biblical Tabernacle where actors reenacted tales from the Bible that took place in ancient Shilo. The guests marched from Shilo to the town of Eli along a picturesque route, to attend the closing ceremony of the planting day, with local residents.
