The Fatah movement of the Palestinians attacked Netanyahu’s statement that Abu Mazen has chosen to abandon the path to peace, and to link up with Hamas instead, by asserting that this reconciliation is an internal matter. They stated that the Netanyahu government is clinging to the “Occupation” and Settlements as an alternative to making peace with the Palestinians.
