The Knesset Ethics Committee decided, Tuesday morning, to deny Member of Knesset Ahmad Tibi (Ra'am Ta'al United Arab List) the right to take part in the assembly's minute-long speeches for a month (four sessions), starting immediately.
The decision followed grievance regarding an incident, three weeks ago, in which he clashed, during a speech to the Knesset plenum, with Committee Chairman Yitzchak Vaknin, who was chairing the plenary session.
