Syrian opposition sources say 50 people were killed and about 150 were wounded, Monday morning, in an attack by the Syrian army on the city of Homs, not far from the country's border with northeastern Lebanon. Other sources say only seven people died. Syrian tanks and helicopters fired at many targets in the city. Hospitals were among the sites that were hit.
