Sheikh Jarrach Woman Convicted for Dousing MK Ben-Ari

The Jerusalem Magistrates Court convicted a woman from the Shimon Hatzaddik (Sheikh Jarrach in Arabic) neighborhood of Jerusalem, Thursday, for pouring water on Member of Knesset Michael Ben-Ari (National Union), about two years ago near the grave of Shimon Hatzadik. Ben-Ari reacted by saying, "I expectthe prosecution to seeka prison sentenceas is requestedin cases ofleft-wingKnesset members who have been attacked."
