Rabbi Shimshon Nadel of Israel National Radio's "Ask the Rabbi" program is scheduled to speak on "The weeping of Rachel and her children," Wednesday afternoon at 12:45 at the Rachel's Children Reclamation Foundation in the Rachel's Tomb complex, between Jerusalem and Bethlehem. Following the rabbi's address will be a talk at 2:30 by artist Malla Carl, featured in the foundation's second art exhibition. The 50-shekel entrance fee includes lunch.
