At its meeting on Monday, the Kadima faction discussed Tuesday's Likud primaries, with party head MK Tzipi Livni saying that while it appeared that Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu was running against Manhigut Yehudit leader Moshe Feiglin, the reality was that both were running the government. “The government's policy in all areas had been radicalized, and it doesn't matter who is in charge of it,” Livni said.
“The Likud contest will not change the basic conclusion – that the government of Israel is being run by extremists, and is only concerned with the sectors that support it, instead of with the whole population,” she added.
