The Tender Committee ofthe Civil Service Commissionchosen outgoing Jerusalem District AttorneyEli Abarbanel, Sunday, to replace Shai Nitzan as DeputyState Attorney in Charge of Special Assignments. Nitzan is stepping down after losing to Nurit Litman in his bid to replace Abarbanel. He may compete for Deputy Attorney General
