The Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court extended by four days on Friday afternoon the remand of the parents who are suspected of having shaken their twin babies and causing them fractures which led them to be hospitalized.

On Thursday, the couple's son was declared brain dead by doctors. His sister's condition has improved.
