An Arab from eastern Jerusalem was arrested in the Binyamin-region Jewish community of Beit El after he entered the community in a car with Israeli license plates and broke into a residence. The homeowner threw a chair at him, striking him in the face, and he fled, only to be arrested a short time later by Israeli troops and Beit El's first-response team, which had been alerted to come to the area.
