Winds up to 45 kilometers/29 miles an hour will bring unseasonably cold temperatures down even further on Friday, making for a high-wave warning at Mediterranean beaches and hazy skies, mainly in the south. Snow is forecast for Mount Hermon, with rain and a chance of isolated thunderstorms starting in the northern and central parts of the country, spreading to the Negev in the evening and continuing until Shabbat afternoon, accompanied by a risk of flooding in low-lying areas. On Sunday it will be partly cloudy and slightly warmer. On Monday it will be cloudy with scattered light showers in most areas.
