Chairman of the Knesset Children’s Rights Committee, MK Zevulun Orlev (The Jewish Home) will file a Committee complaint to Police Internal Affairs about the manner in which the police handle outpost evacuation. “Children are traumatized when evacuated in the middle of the night. The Defense Ministry blames the police, or even worse - the parents for being there, and the police say they have only operational considerations. The Welfare Ministry says they weren’t allowed in, so what could they do. Someone should be turning over tables and demanding answers. This is a criminal act against the children.”
