In a joint Israel Defense Force - Shin Bet action, the suspected perpetrators of the highway shooting attack near Azzun in Samaria were arrested. Two suspects from the Palestinian Authority controlled community of Azzun were accused of shooting at drivers on the highway, specifically targeting Israeli vehicles. Police say that 4 pipe bombs and a shotgun were discovered during the investigation.
