President Hugo Chavez, an outspoken critic of Israel and the United States, has only nine months to live, according to a Tuesday report by the Spanish newspaper ABC. Chavez has been under treatment for cancer and dismissed similar reports in the past.

The paper cited medical records from an unknown intelligence source when it wrote: "His health has deteriorated rapidly. Metastases have spread to his bones and his spine." According to the report, his intestines were also affected.
