About 1,200 Jews prayed, Monday evening at Kever Yoseph (Joseph's Tomb) in the Palestinian Authority-assigned city of Shechem. The visit was entirely coordinated with the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).

The IDF says stones were thrown at soldiers who accompanied the worshippers. No injuries were reported.
