A Border Police unit arrested a terrorist who was armed with a knife at the Yitzhar-Huwara Junction, Sunday evening, south of the Palestinian Authority-assigned Shomron (Samaria) city of Shechem. The terrorist told the police he was on his way to carry out an attack.

The detainee was taken in for questioning.
