It was discovered, Friday morning, that a monument in memory of Yehuda Ben-Yosef and Yoav Doron, near the top of Antenna Hill, not far from Ma'ale/Pnei Chever, was vandalized. Military and police forces are exploring whether footprints found at the scene lead to a nearby Arab village, as was the case two weeks ago, the last time the monument was desecrated.
Ben-Yosef and Doron were killed by friendly fire from Israeli soldiers while guarding the eastern Hevron Hills area in 2003. Baruch Ben-Yoseph, Yehuda's father, told Arutz Sheva that the family comes every week and will continue to do so. He said stones were broken and metal signs were stolen. Two week ago, the vandals poured white paint on the monument.
