Shekel, Euro Up, Dollar, Yen Down

The official value of the shekel rose by an average of .299 percent in mixed trading, Thursday, against the featured currencies on the Bank of Israel's foreign exchange list. The United States dollar was fixed at NIS 3.784, down .761 percent from Wednesday's rate, while the Euro rose .055 percent to 4.8872 shekels.

The pound sterling was set at NIS 5.8495, down .137 percent, while 100 yen dropped .812 percent to 4.9252. The Swedish krona was fixed at NIS .5577, down .722 percent, and the Australian dollar fell .608 percent to 3.9410.
