Liebermanis suspectedin the years2008-2001,asa private businessman,andduringhis tenureas MK and minister, of unlawfullyreceivingfundstotalingmillions of dollars,transferred tocompanies and corporationsunder his control, from privatebusinessmenfromabroad,includingAustriantycoonMartin Schlaff, businessmanMichaelChernoy,diamond merchant Dan GertlerandDanielGitenstein.At the end ofthe hearings,theprosecution will consult whether to proceed with indictments.
