“End of an Era in the High Court”

The Legal Forum for the Land of Israel is pleased with the High Court ruling on the issue of the citizenship law. Forum Chairman Nachi Eyal said it marked the end of an era in the High Court.

In the past, the High Court was a tool applied by the radical left wing. Now it is clear that there is a majority that prefers the benefit and security of the citizens of Israel over the good of its enemies who wish to take advantage of Israeli democracy.
