A US Court Judge ruled that a Saudi construction company established in 1993 by the father of Al Qaeda leader, Osama Bin Laden, cannot be sued for reparations for the September 11 attacks.
Judge George Daniels, sitting in the Federal Court in Manahattan, ruled against the plaintiffs, who had sued the company, claiming that it helped to fund Bin Laden's violent anti-American activities.
