On Wednesday, area youth built cabins intended to comprise a new neighborhood in Judea. The neighborhood was named Givat Asher, in memory of Asher Palmer, who was killed along with his infant son in a rock attack by terrorists. It is located near Kiriyat Arba. Organizers told the media that, "our country can not remain barren. We will not be silent about the murder of our friend." They said that despite Wednesday's rain and wind, community organizers poured concrete and built a residential structure.
