Two Kiryat Moshe Activists Released Outright

Two residents of an apartment in the Kiryat Moshe neighborhood of Jerusalem, banished from Judea and Samaria under an administrative order, were freed from custody by the Jerusalem Magistrates Court, Sunday, pending trial on suspicion of involvement with recent incidents beyond the 1949 armistice line.

The court rejected the request by the police to release the two to house arrest. The judge in the case ruled that the basis for the request was weak and that he was not presented evidence that indicated conspiracy to commit a crime.
