Senior Syrian military leader Maher Al-Assad has disappeared, according to the Kuwaiti newspaper Al-Anba. The newspaper cited Lebanese Member of Parliament Khaled Daher of former prime minister Sa'id Hariri's Al-Mustaqbal (Future) party. Dahar said his sources told him that Maher Al-Assad was wounded and receiving medical treatment in a secret place.
