The Labor Union informed the National Labor Court that it insists on holding an open-ended economy-wide strike over the contractor employees. Only ‘Dan’ and ‘Egged’ public transportation will be enabled.
The President of the National Labor Court, Nili Arad has decided that the private employers and the Treasury have until next Thursday to respond to the demands of the Labor Union. Sunday, ten days from now the President of the Court will hold a decisive session to determine if the Court will approve the strike.
