IDF Caracal Battalion servicewomen were asked to sit in the back during the performance of a Hasidic entertainer, and some agreed while others left in protest. The IDF Spokesman reported that “the civilian volunteer performer’s request was not coordinated with the IDF, and is not acceptable. The IDF relates to the matter with great severity.”
