Inspectors from the city of Beit Shemesh removed,Sunday, signs promoting the "marginalization of women" in the city. The inspectors were disrupted by a number of disorderly members of the hareidi-religious community.

Earlier in the day, the Movement for Quality Government approached the city with a demand to remove the signs and demanded sanctions on the part of the Interior Ministry and Treasury to pressure the city to do so.
