Likud Anglos, a division of the Likud party for English speakers will host a Chanukah event with guest speaker Moshe Yaalon, Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Strategic Affairs. The event will also host what the group calls Israel's "modern Maccabees", immigrants who have moved to Israel to join the Israel Defense Forces. The Lone Soldier Center will be honored along with select "lone soldiers", those who are serving without any family members in the country.

Minister Yaalon, a former general will speak about current threats that Israel faces.

The event will be December 25th at 7:00PM at the OU Israel Center.
