Highway 721 was closed, Monday afternoon, between Route 4 and Beit Oren, ahead of the 2:00 p.m. memorial observance for those who perished in last year's Carmel Ridge Fire.

Residents of the area can reach their homes via Highway 672 in the Damon Prison area.
