The Knesset Constitution, Law and Justice Committee cleared for its first reading, Monday morning, a bill to amend the criminal penalty law by adding a ten-year sentence for releasing secret state information and documents to unauthorized people in cases where a person convicted for the crime did not intend to harm state security.
