The Samaria (Shomron)-Judea police arrested a 20-year-old resident of the Jewish community of Beit El, Tuesday, on suspicion of blocking the main road to a base of the Ephraim-region Brigade with rocks and of resisting arrest.

The man was detained for further questioning.
