A report Monday said that witnesses saw IDF planes flying in south Lebanon. Planes were also seen over Beirut. The report appeared in a foreign news service web site. The IDF did not comment on the report.

Terrorists operating from Lebanon fired a Katyusha rocket at northern Israel early Monday. The Lebanese Army has increased its presence in the area where the rocket was launched from.
