The family of former agent Robert Levinson of the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation - who was last seen in Iran almost five years ago - received a sign of life in the form of stills and a video in November 2010, according to a Friday-morning report by the Associated Press.

The images and language of the video, including a plea for diabetes medicine, indicate that Levinson was kidnapped by an unknown group while working as a private investigator.
